Think tanks are the source of a large part of the policy and research which our politicians rely on to govern throughout the world. These think tanks only hold allegiance to themselves and their mission or the big money which created them. In a sense they are a layer of a secret government which rules over all of us. Essentially the whole world is run by various think tanks and foundations. RAND Corporation is one of the most instrumental think tanks in America. Until you do your research into foundations and think tanks you can't begin to understand the far reaching power and influence which these entities yield. RAND Corporation has been connect with the big foundations in America. In the 1950's these foundations (Reese Committee) were found to be attempting to mold America into Soviet style system. RAND has continued in the tradition of trying to control Americans thoughts and mold our system for their own purposes.

Alex Abella: Inside The RAND Corporation

Cuban-born journalist and author Alex Abella was allowed exclusive access inside the RAND Corporation to view their archives. What he discovered was a plot driven by mad scientists, behaviorists, and generals who were intent on starting world war three and fleecing the American people in the process. Once he was a skeptic on the subject of conspiracy theories and the new world order, but after his work with the RAND Corporation he is now convinced that this top secret think tank has been pulling the strings of American government for at least 60 years.

"We're all the bastard children of RAND and we don't even know it," remarks Abella, as he charts how RAND started off as an organization centered around building new weapons for the military but ultimately expanded into politics, science, history and economics and was closely allied with the Ford, Rockefeller and Carnegie foundations. RAND's decision in the 50's to re-model the globe towards a new world order changed everything, with the development of "rational choice theory," which turned people from being citizens into consumers, as rights and responsibilities were replaced with choices and people's lives slowly came to be dominated not by integrity or what they stood for, but by what they spent their money on.

RAND's ultimate goal was to have technocrats running every aspect of society in pursuit of a one world government that would be administered under "the rule of reason," a ruthless world where efficiency was king and men were little more than machines, which is why RAND studied the social sciences because they were at a loss to work out how to deal with people and how human beings did not always act in their own predictable self-interests. There is no place for love, empathy or selflessness in the new world order that RAND and the Ford Foundation are working to create, and patriotism and altruism are adversarial to their aims.

Abella explains how RAND was instrumental in developing the strategy behind the use of nuclear weapons, and how they actively promoting nuking the entirety of Eastern Europe as well as China in case of problems in Western Europe, a policy that could easily have sparked off a catastrophic nuclear holocaust. RAND researchers believed that as long as 10 million Americans survived a nuclear war, the war was won.

Abella notes how RAND saw the United Nations as a template for one world government but that a new organization controlled by the U.S. would eventually supersede the UN and become the de facto world government, which is why RAND researchers such as John Williams advocated pre-emptive nuclear strikes on the Soviet Union, to make sure the United States would be the only country with the supreme power to impose its will on the rest of the world.

     The book A Brief History of The Future by Jacques Attali (2006) is very revealing. It contains the blue print for the plans for the future. Jacques Attali has successfully predicted the course of the future in the past (I have read a couple of his books). Read this summary of the points which he makes and see into the mind of someone on the inside of the power structure.

In a book Henry Kissinger called “brilliant and provocative..difficult to dismiss,” Illuminati insider Jacques Attali confirms that the Illuminati bankers are imposing a hideous “Brave New World” on mankind, one divorced from goodness, truth or reality.  
Attali is a high-level technocrat working to fulfill the New World Order. He has also written a glowing account of Karl Marx, arguing that Marx was a free-marketeer who favored capitalism as a stepping-stone to his Communist ideal and predicted globalization as we know it today (i.e. the New World Order).
1.   Super-empire = an era of privatization where corporations rule the day.  He writes, “money will finally rid itself of everything that threatens it- including nation states, which it will progressively dismantle.” The market will become the world’s only recognized law. A system of power whose ‘structures remain elusive but whose goal is global.’


2.   Hyperconflict = super-empire will implode and there will be a period of worldwide chaos. Starting about 2030,  Attali foresees ‘devastating wars, pitting nations, religious groups, terrorist entities, and free-market pirates against one another’.


3.   Hyperdemocracy (2060)= Exhausted by wars and social upheavals the world public will welcome with open arms ‘the creation of a democratic world government.’ It will be a collectivist system, with everyone working towards the ‘common good.’

‘To dance outside the ballrooms and therefore be free of parental supervision- liberating sexuality, opening them to all kinds of music, from jazz to rock, and thus announcing youth’s entry into the world of consumption, of desire, and of rebellion.’

‘Domestic robots will become universal in daily life. They too will be constantly connected to high-output grids in nomadic ubiquity. They will function as domestic help, as aids for the handicapped or aged, as workers and as members of security forces. In particular they will become “Watchers.”‘

All our data will be collected by public and private security firms.  The main form of surveillance will be portable entertainment devices. The embryo of this today is the iPhone that sends data to the NSA.
‘The unique nomadic object will be permanently traceable. All the data it contains, including images of everyone’s daily life, will be stored and sold to specialist businesses and to public and private police.’
‘Electronic bugs, worn subcutaneously, will ceaselessly register heartbeat, blood pressure, and cholesterol. Microprocessors connected to various organs will watch their functioning as compared to the norms.’

The latter will in their turn welcome Ukrainian workers, themselves replaced by Russians, themselves replaced by vast Chinese populations.’
‘Ever more numerous masses will hurl themselves at the gates of the West. They already number hundreds of thousands every month; that figure will increase to millions, then tens of millions.’
‘They [will] no longer want to depend on a country whose tax system, legislation, and even culture they reject. And also to disappear completely, to live another life. The world will thus be increasingly filled with people who have become anonymous of their own free will; it will be like a carnival where everyone – ultimate freedom! – will have chosen a new identity for himself.’
‘The United States could then become a Scandinavian-style social democracy, or a dictatorship – and even perhaps one after the other. It would not be the first time such a surprise occurred: the first leader to apply the principles required to emerge from the crisis of the [last depression] was Mussolini; the second was Hitler. Professor Paul Connett: Your Toxic Tap Water


Dr. Paul Connett, Professor of Chemistry at St. Lawrence University in New York, gives a damning interview on the history of water fluoridation, the collusion of major industries to put certified toxic waste into your drinking water, and why government health authorities refuse to conduct scientific studies into the dangers of fluoridation. Connett describes how he initially thought people who opposed fluoridation were "a bunch of whackos," before conducting his own research which found that sodium fluoride was a toxic substance that contributed to a wide array of health defects. Heavy industry is barred from dumping this toxic waste into the sea by international law, but being able to sell it enables them to remove its hazardous characteristic and it becomes a product, explains Connett, polluting not only our water supply but also toothpaste and thousands of different foods.

Connett provides a detail run down of the many health problems caused by fluoride consumption, including dental fluorosis, which the Centers For Disease Control just recently announced was a problem for 41 per cent of children aged 12-15 in the United States, clearly indicating that children are being over-exposed to fluoride and that this is affecting other tissues and organs in the body, including bone disorders, a problem also wreaking havoc amongst adults in the United States as one in three now suffer from arthritis, which again is being caused by a build-up of toxic fluoride in the body. Connett also points to fluoride's connection with thyroid disorders.

There have now been over 100 studies involving animals which show that fluoride damages the brain, stresses Connett, which is a particular concern for newborn babies who are susceptible to fluoride build up because of their weak blood-brain barrier. Connett cites numerous studies which prove a link between moderate exposure to fluoride and lowered IQ in children.

Fluoride's impact on the pineal gland, which is a piece of brain tissue that sits in-between the two hemispheres of the brain, is key because fluoride attracts to this gland like a magnet. Researchers have found through animal studies that fluoride lowers the ability of the pineal gland to produce the hormone melatonin, which in turn shortens the time it takes to reach puberty, correlating with studies of fluoridated communities that show girls are on average menstruating 5 months earlier than those in non-fluoridated communities. Children are entering puberty at increasingly early stages and this is causing widespread concern, but health authorities have made no effort whatsoever to conduct any studies regarding this development and its link to fluoride.

      With news like this it is pertinent to look into the inconsistencies with our history. The story we are given of ancient history begins much like a movie. In a movie the story begins from a setting that exists prior to the beginning of the story. While watching we take all the happened before the movie for granted. Even though we are told some of stone age man, written history begins in most all text books at Sumer (the collection of city-states which developed around the area of Mesopotamia - modern Iraq). 
      The Sumerian civilization was highly developed for being at the beginning of history. It is widely discussed that the Sumerians had things like geometry, astronomy, cuneiform, bronze, chariots, irrigation, etc... The lesser discussed topics are the trade as far away as south eastern Europe and modern day India, schools for noble classes, and even a fully developed economy with evidence of being able to issue receipts. Without getting into all the details of their sciences and highly developed city life the point is that cities and sciences such as these do not just pop up out of nearly nothing. A civilization needs to take a very long time to develop such systems. If thought through thoroughly there had to be a much longer period of development prior to the era of Sumer. 
       We are taught that history has been a straight forward progression from nothing to modern day. This is highly due to the randomness of life and nature. The more likely progression of history would be for technology and the development of civilizations to expand and retract just like all things in nature. The Sumerians must of learned a great deal of their sciences and culture fro previous higher cultures and technology.
      A story like the one below about Stonehenge lends itself to this type of development. The stones to erect the monument were moved well over one hundred miles. The ability to first cut and then move these stones must have been done by technology which would be considered well beyond the capability of the civilizations of western Europe at this time in history. 
    Almost all regions of the world have evidence of technology which is well beyond those of the ancient times. Without being able to document a period of experimentation and trials, there is no way that a civilization would be able to accomplish such feats without there being an older more advanced civilization to pass down this knowledge (or have built it much earlier themselves). For some reason the traditional history books hide from most of us the possibilities of how old and amazing humanity could be. If we could know of how civilizations rise and fall we may be able to have more control of our present situation, and stop the decline of our advanced civilization.
    How old is humanity? As most all ancient religions hint at, were there ages of advancement prior to our known history? Could we be headed towards our own civilization's decline? The answers are hidden in the depths of religions and dusty books no one reads anymore. The ancients knew of older advanced people. Why was that knowledge lost to modern man?

Origin of Stonehenge rocks discovered

Researchers in the United Kingdom have finally solved a major piece of Stonehenge's enduring mystery: the place of origin for some of the ancient structure's most-famous rock formations.
The National Museum Wales and Leicester University have identified the source as Craig Rhos-y-felin, located more than 100 miles from the Stonehenge site. But this discovery, of course, just opens on to another mystery--namely, just how and why an ancient culture carved and transported the giant stones over such a great distance.
"Being able to provenance any archaeologically significant rock so precisely is remarkable," Dr. Rob Ixer of Leicester University told the BBC. "However, given continued perseverance, we are determined that we shall uncover the origins of most, if not all of the Stonehenge bluestones so allowing archaeologists to continue their speculations well into a third century."
This past year has offered a wealth of new research and discoveries at the Stonehenge site, including last month's announcement that the worshipers at the ancient monument had erected "sun worship" sites there.
Over the past nine months, the researchers compared mineral content and textural relationships of the rhyolite debitage stones found at Stonehenge and were finally able to pinpoint the location to within several meters of their source. Ninety-nine percent of the samples could be matched to the rocks found at Craig Rhos-y-felin, which differ from all others found in south Wales.

Further research should help the researchers eventually understand how the rocks made the long journey to Stonehenge sometime between 3000 and 1600 BC. "Many have asked the question over the years, how the stones got from Pembrokeshire to Stonehenge," said Dr. Richard Bevins, National Museum Wales. "Thanks to geological research, we now have a specific source for the rhyolite stones from which to work and an opportunity for archaeologists to answer the question that has been widely debated."
Some working theories speculate that the rocks were transported over water up the Bristol Channel and River Avon. However, recent efforts to recreate the voyage, including one in 2000 sponsored by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, have all ended in failure.

You have to ask yourself something about Egypt. There has been continuing protests for some time now. This is just the most recent clashes. We will have to ask ourselves what is going on, if the media does not pick up on these protests as they did when Mubarak left office. Maybe the powers of the world wanted the earlier protests. Maybe the people are upset with the results from that western media supported revolution. Time will tell. If the the protests continue to get violent and the number of protestors rise without Cooper Anderson and Katie Couric there to report on it our suspicions should rise. We will know the media manipulated our emotions for hidden purposes.

    Technology is a double edged sword. Scientists have known that the brain can be manipulated or even a mild form of programing through the senses. Here is a press releases about the possibility of learning through visual stimulation. We have to stay conscious of the other edge to this powerful "Matrix" movie type of tool. We may be able to expand our learning capabilities exponentially, but there are two idea to keep in mind when opening your brain programming such as this. When you are receiving information with no conscious effort how do you know what information that your brain is soaking up. The potential for subliminal or alternate information being added to whatever your desired lesson is very dangerous. you leave yourself open to the ultimate tool of re-education hidden propaganda. Unless you can develop the machinery and software yourself you wouldn't be able to trust that the temptation of big money elites to create the desired worker or consumer (which entails all different aspects of your thoughts or lifestyle), and government to create the perfect placid apathetic citizen. Maybe you would refrain from using such technology due to such fears. One day the science would become advanced to the point where the technology would become usable in a much more passive technology. Then these dangers would possibly lurk within all electronics with visual or audio cues. We must protect our own minds at all cost, as symbolically the Egyptian Pharaoh did in wearing head dresses with deadly asps protecting the mind. 
    Now the question is with all the technology that we are surrounded by and older forms of brain manipulation, are we already being influenced without our knowledge?

Vision Scientists Demonstrate Innovative Learning Method

New research published today in the journal Science suggests it may be possible to use brain technology to learn to play a piano, reduce mental stress or hit a curve ball with little or no conscious effort. It's the kind of thing seen in Hollywood's "Matrix" franchise.
Experiments conducted at Boston University (BU) and ATR Computational Neuroscience Laboratories in Kyoto, Japan, recently demonstrated that through a person's visual cortex, researchers could use decoded functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to induce brain activity patterns to match a previously known target state and thereby improve performance on visual tasks.
Think of a person watching a computer screen and having his or her brain patterns modified to match those of a high-performing athlete or modified to recuperate from an accident or disease. Though preliminary, researchers say such possibilities may exist in the future.
"Adult early visual areas are sufficiently plastic to cause visual perceptual learning," said lead author and BU neuroscientist Takeo Watanabe of the part of the brain analyzed in the study.
Neuroscientists have found that pictures gradually build up inside a person's brain, appearing first as lines, edges, shapes, colors and motion in early visual areas. The brain then fills in greater detail to make a red ball appear as a red ball, for example.
Researchers studied the early visual areas for their ability to cause improvements in visual performance and learning.
"Some previous research confirmed a correlation between improving visual performance and changes in early visual areas, while other researchers found correlations in higher visual and decision areas," said Watanabe, director of BU's Visual Science Laboratory. "However, none of these studies directly addressed the question of whether early visual areas are sufficiently plastic to cause visual perceptual learning." Until now.
Boston University post-doctoral fellow Kazuhisa Shibata designed and implemented a method using decoded fMRI neurofeedback to induce a particular activation pattern in targeted early visual areas that corresponded to a pattern evoked by a specific visual feature in a brain region of interest. The researchers then tested whether repetitions of the activation pattern caused visual performance improvement on that visual feature.
The result, say researchers, is a novel learning approach sufficient to cause long-lasting improvement in tasks that require visual performance.
What's more, the approached worked even when test subjects were not aware of what they were learning.
"The most surprising thing in this study is that mere inductions of neural activation patterns corresponding to a specific visual feature led to visual performance improvement on the visual feature, without presenting the feature or subjects' awareness of what was to be learned," said Watanabe, who developed the idea for the research project along with Mitsuo Kawato, director of ATR lab and Yuka Sasaki, an assistant in neuroscience at Massachusetts General Hospital.
"We found that subjects were not aware of what was to be learned while behavioral data obtained before and after the neurofeedback training showed that subjects' visual performance improved specifically for the target orientation, which was used in the neurofeedback training," he said.
The finding brings up an inevitable question. Is hypnosis or a type of automated learning a potential outcome of the research?
"In theory, hypnosis or a type of automated learning is a potential outcome," said Kawato. "However, in this study we confirmed the validity of our method only in visual perceptual learning. So we have to test if the method works in other types of learning in the future. At the same time, we have to be careful so that this method is not used in an unethical way."
At present, the decoded neurofeedback method might be used for various types of learning, including memory, motor and rehabilitation.
The National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Health and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in Japan supported the research.

 In the world of the sciences it is hard to tell what are predictions and what is a peek inside the depths of the secret research at top universities, governments or corporations. Generally it is held that top secret technology can lag at least ten years behind what is known to the public. As the article states, the body is merely a computer that can be programed by those who can control the programing language. This is a dangerous door to open, but I fear it most likely is already open.

Could hackers develop a 'computer virus' to infect the human mind?

The field of 'synthetic biology' is in its infancy. We can 'tweak' the genetics of life forms - but billionaire entrepreneur Craig Venter only created 'artificial life' for the first time last year, christening his life form 'Synthia'.
But experts working within the field believe that our expertise is out-accelerating natural evolution by a factor of millions of years - and some warn that synthetic biology could spin out of control.
It could lead, says Andrew Hessel of Singularity University, on Nasa's research campus, to a world where hackers could engineer viruses or bacteria to control human minds.
Hessel believes that genetic engineering is the next frontier of computing.
'This is one of the most powerful technologies in the world,' says Hessel 'Synthetic biology - the writing of life.'
'I advocate that cells are living computers and DNA is a programming language.'
'I want to see life programmed and used to solve global challenges so that humanity can achieve a sustainable relationship within the biosphere,' he says.It's growing fast. It will grow faster than computer technologies.'
He predicts a world where we can 'print' DNA, and even 'decode' it. But he warned, in a speech at technology conference TXM, that viruses and bacteria send chemicals into human brains - and could be used to influence, or even 'control' their host.
A literal virus - injected into a 'host' in the guise of a vaccine, say - could be used to control behaviour.
Hessel warns that we 'may have to learn how to counterattack' against such weapons.
Security expert Marc Goodman said, 'Synthetic biology will lead to new forms of bioterrorism,' and said, 'Bio-crime today is akin to computer crime in the early Eighties, Few initially recognised the problem - but it grew exponentially.'
When billionaire entrepreneur Craig Venter 'created life' last year by adding synthetic DNA to a bacteria cell, Professor Julian Savulescu, an Oxford University ethicist, said: 'Venter is creaking open the most profound door in humanity's history, potentially peeking into its destiny.This could be used in the future to make the most powerful bioweapons imaginable. The challenge is to eat the fruit without the worm.'
Hessel, however, is generally optimistic about the future of synthetic biology.
The scientist - who had a vasectomy because he 'never trusted the process' of natural reproduction, says, 'We are going to make synthetic genomes - human genomes. It will make cloning  look organic. It will make human reproduction look quaint.'
Computer World blogger Darlene Storm says, 'I know people who can't even keep their computers protected, updated and patched - I wonder if they would be more security minded when the hacking could be lethal?'
