Here Wesley Clark speaks to the secret plans from the backrooms of the government and military that still are dominating our foreign policy today. There have been no deviation from these plans except for timing and order of attack. Is there really a change of power from one administration to the next or are there plans that overshadow any (fake) political changes?
Here he specifically touches upon the Project for the New American Century, which is only one think tank among many such as the Council on Foreign Relations which guides American politics (through their networking) outside of the citizenry's (supposed) power of voting.
